Function advent_of_code_2021::day_17::parse_target

fn parse_target(input: &String) -> ((isize, isize), (isize, isize))

This is mostly discarding the unwanted syntax that makes this readable to humans.

Example from puzzle specification

assert_eq!(
    parse_target(&"target area: x=20..30, y=-10..-5\n".to_string()),
    ((20, 30), (-10, -5))
)

Note the trailing new line needed to match the input file.
